an educational and awareness tool for the
River Region administered by Professor Chad
Emerson of Faulkner University's Jones
School of Law. The goal of the Web log
is to provide readers with regular news,
commentary, and analysis concerning the
state of Smart Growth in the River Region

regional practitioners. It provides
individuals and organizations with the
opportunity to network and share relevant,
meaningful information on issues of mutual
interest.
